Adam Abram was born on December 19, 1976 in Payson, Utah. He is the son of Ron and Mary Abram, and the fifth child in a family of 12. He has four brothers and seven sisters.
In the summer 1999, Adam began an apprenticeship under classical realist master-Joseph Brickey. He painted and studied the master works of 19th century realist painters,
William A. Bouguereau, Alma Tadama, Jean-Leon Gerome, and Albert Bierstadt, to name a few. Adam also studied under realist masters, Patrick Devonas, and William Whitaker.
